This agreement is a clear manifestation of the strong relationship between Tawasul and HP to meet the IT Management Services (ITSM) market in Kuwait. HP Software is, by far, leading the worldwide ITSM market with its Business Technology Optimization (BTO) offering after adding the services of Mercury and Opsware to the famous HP Openview family of products and services. Tawasul’s Network Operations Center (NOC) is running on top of a wide range of HP Software products. Tawasul’s NOC provides 24x7 IT Management Services to clients in addition to HP Software implementation services to clients who need to build their own IT management services capabilities.
