EnNET is a strategic tool for all modern smart buildings. It sits between the various components of building management systems (HVAC, Lighting, Fire Fighting, Lifts, Security, Energy Management, etc.) and the various application services sitting on top of the computer IP network. EnNET of GRIDLOGIX helps Real Estate companies to automate the links between the building management systems that may use several communications standards and the business applications like facility management, ERP, CRM, Property Management, etc. Tawasul aims at providing real value to the Real Estate market in Kuwait. With this partnership, Tawasul shall help Real Estate companies not only to reduce the operating costs of their projects, but also improve the service levels that make happy tenants.
